Job Description/Duties: Minimum 5 years of youth or outreach ministry experience College Diploma or University Degree preferred · Promote a generation of gospel-centered, globally minded Christians. · Assist in the development and oversight of department ministry budgets. · Oversee, disciple, and grow the ministry to young adults by connecting and interacting with them though regular gatherings, local and global involvement and through Groups. · Strategize, implement, and oversee global efforts for young adults in partnership with local and foreign missions. · Recruit, disciple, and empower volunteers to lead the ministry. · Seek to integrate young adult ministry into all phases of church life. · Provide pastoral care and spiritual direction to young adults both in large group and individual settings. · Participate as needed in the evaluation and development of the overall church ministry. · Provide opportunities for young people to attend camp, convention, and fine arts events
